Welcome!
I am a fish ecologist and Assistant Professor at The College at Brockport-SUNY. My interests lie in movement and migration ecology of fishes, chemical tracers, and population level consequences of connectivity. I have applied my research interests in freshwater lakes and rivers in Michigan, estuarine rivers in Maine, the Gulf of Mexico, and the Illinois River. Within these diverse ecosystems, I have studied the movement ecology of two sturgeon species, characterized the sublethal consequences of hypoxia exposure on a demersal fish, and taken a community approach to evaluating unintended consequences of barriers used for invasive species management. To learn more about my past research please see the tabs above. |
